The Wellness model is comprised of three parts: the body, the mind, and the spirit. For many of us, much of the time, our minds run the show. We allow our responsibilities and hectic lifestyles to keep us from prioritizing our other needs. We leave the body and spirit to do the best they can with whatever energy is left after the mind is done. It is my goal to help you restore balance in your life.
