Clare has been in private practice for over 25 years, providing therapeutic massage to the Greenwich community. Since 1999 she has worked in a wide scope of environments ranging from trading floors to film sets, to cross country ultra cycling event, RAAM.
In addition to her private practice she spent ten years working at the Ritz Carlton Spa in White Plains, NY. She has experience working in athletic, medical, and recovery environments and is comfortable treating injuries, and communicating when appropriate with other members of your wellness team. Clare is a native of Cos Cob, and thrives on helping her clients regain balance and pursue excellence in their lives. In her time away from the healing arts, she most enjoys Crossfit, walks at Tod's Point and spending time with close friends and family.
My Life Perspective
It is my belief that I can best effect change in the world, by helping others to become their best versions of themselves. My personal spiritual practice includes bettering myself and helping others to better themselves. There are many causes and interests I feel drawn to, but I prefer to focus my energies. I feel I can be most helpful to humanity by supporting others with their various and diverse personal journeys.
